Coordination Is Where Plumbing Jobs Actually Go Wrong
A plumbing fixture installed on its own is usually straightforward. What actually causes problems is coordination: a shower valve set at the wrong depth before tile goes up, a sink drain that doesn't line up with a new vanity, a water line that should've moved before the floor went down. We handle plumbing as part of the same job as the tile, the vanity, and the floor, not as a separate trade working from a different set of measurements.
For standalone repairs, the standard doesn't change: fixed once, not fixed twice.
